Default windows update data locations have changed

Some are from June Today, a pop-up window offered to download MS FixIt. I downloaded and ran FixIt. Here are the updates that Windows Update fails to install:. Saturday, January 14, AM. In windows security my windows update is turned off and when I go to Microsoft Updates in Control panel it shows it being on. I am unable to receive updates.
